Saturday, January 3rd 2026SENIOR MEAL Program begins next week under the sponsorship of NORTHWOODS COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE COALITION.
A buffet style soup lunch will be available to seniors 55 and older at the Wabeno Town Hall from 12-12:30 pm every Monday and Tuesday. A donation of $5.00 is requested but not required. This "soup kitchen" is headed by Linda McEwen, 715-889-0123 . Donations to support the program can be sent to NCAC, PO Box 251, Lakewood 54138
PASTOR BO is resting at home after surgery last week on his quadricep muscle and tongue. In about two weeks he will begin rehab on the leg. Tongue surgery removed all the cancer with clear borders and clear lymph nodes. Get well cards can be sent to him at W3868 Sylvan Acres East, Lily WI 54491
BIBLE CLASS begins the study of the Book of Job next Wednesday by teleconference at 7:15
DURING PASTOR'S convalescence, Pastor Neider will be doing communion and three sermons per month. Scott will take one message per month. In January, we have a guest speaker, Luke Kunze from Camp Luther, the fourth Sunday.
